At SOOJIN, we want you to love your purchases. We handle our returns the same way we do our sales - thoughtfully and on an individual basis for a superior customer experience.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your order, but in the event you are not, you may return your item(s)* for store credit.
*Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
*Items that are part of a curated box are not eligible to be returned separately.
*Curated boxes can only be returned as a complete set, as long as all items meet the return guidelines.
- Your return package must be post marked within 14 calendar days of the date your item(s) were delivered to your address.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to SOOJIN.
- SOOJIN is not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned.
- Any shipping costs that you paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
- All items being returned must meet the following guidelines:
- Unused and in the same condition in which they were received
- Unworn, with original labels and tags attached
- In the original, unopened packaging in which they were received
Email customercare@SOOJIN.com and include the following information:
- Order number
- Name of product(s) you are returning
- Phone number so that we may contact you in the event we need additional information
- Reason for return
Once your email is received and reviewed, we will reply to your email:
- The reply email will contain your Return Authorization #
- Print the reply email and include it with your items when you return them to us

DEFECTS, DAMAGES OR MISTAKES
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us right away by sending an email to customercare@SOOJIN.com. We guarantee that all defective items, items that arrive damaged or items that don’t match the order description will be replaced at no additional charge and return shipping charges will be waived.
If you received your items as a gift and would like to return them, please follow the return guidelines above.
